  • Objective: DEVELOPMENT, SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF AUTOMATIC MONITORING STATIONS FOR TREATED WASTEWATER IN THE BSA DISCHARGE CHANNEL
  • Quantity: 3 sets

Initial data
    • Three units operate at BSA, discharging treated wastewater into a canal that carries the water into the Dnipro River
    • Automatic control parameters: NH4: NO3; NO2; PO4; RedOx; pH.
    • An automatic sampler with a refrigerator for 24 samples of 1 liter each is provided for laboratory control of the remaining regulatory indicators.
The plant operates 3 biological wastewater treatment units for wastewater coming from the city. The condition of the technological equipment of each unit is different. By controlling the quality of treated wastewater at the outlet of each unit, the customer receives:
  • early warning of trends in process deviations
  • cyclic deviations within 24 hours that cannot be detected during laboratory control: analyzes are taken 1-2 times a day
  • Prevention of emergencies that may arise unexpectedly during the operation of the units
  • analysis of the efficiency of the operating parameters of individual structures
  • compliance with the MPC standards for discharges into the Dnipro River
    • In order to optimize the structure of the monitoring station, capital and operating costs, use multiparameter automatic analyzers.
    • Taking into account the technical conditions, the scheme of a stationary monitoring station with equipment placed in a separate box with a microclimate was applied, the automatic monitoring system is mounted on the panel, the flow of treated wastewater is provided by a pump fixed under the water level in the canal.
  • Sample circulation system from the discharge channel
  • Module of automatic analyzers: multiparametric photometer MICROMAC NP, Swan AMI pH-Redox
  • Sample preparation system for automatic photometer
  • Reagent module
  • Automatic sampler with refrigerator
  • Pulse line flushing system
  • <liCabinet for control and information processing
  • Real-time measurement of specified parameters in the discharge channel
  • Data collection and processing by the system controller.
  • Saving measured values in the database (archiving)
  • Visualization of results on the workstation monitor in real time on a mnemonic diagram
  • Presentation of data for analysis in tabular and graphical form for the required period of time
  • Generate reports for the required period of time
  • Alarm when deviating from the set parameters.
  • Data transfer to the upper level system (corporate information system)
  • Reliable, high-precision automatic monitoring of treated wastewater by indicators: NH4: NO3; NO2; PO4; RedOx; pH
  • Early warning of process deviation trends
  • Recording cyclic deviations in the operation of technological processes
  • Prevention of emergencies that may occur unexpectedly during the operation of the units
  • Analysis of the efficiency of operating parameters of individual structures
  • Compliance with MPC standards for discharges to the Dnipro River
  • Automatic monitoring reduces the number of staff
  • Reduced operating costs
  • Measurement data is received around the clock in real time
  • Automatic registration of results and data analysis
