We have been involved in reconstruction projects since 2022. During this time, we have formed a concept and our vision of reconstruction based on the example of Trostianets, Sumy region.
The comprehensive approach includes:
  • Reconstruction of preschool, educational, medical, public utilities, residential buildings and recreation areas
  • a modern industrial zone with an emphasis on environmentally friendly waste-free production
  • use of renewable energy sources for self-sufficiency of community energy consumption
  • creating conditions for the work of IT developers
  • innovation in every project
  • a combination of modern architectural forms and traditions

The eastern border of the country. This is where battles took place hundreds of years ago with the same neighbor. And now, the enemy is very close. But the city, even in this difficult time, is actively living and working on post-war recovery plans. The experience of rebuilding the Trostianets community will become a powerful model of post-war recovery for other regions of the country.

A number of conceptual solutions have been developed on a voluntary basis: a neighborhood, a medical facility, administrative buildings, housing for IDPs, and recreation areas

  • Reconstruction of the Primary Health Care Center in Trostyanets
  • Creation of the Historical and Cultural Reserve “Ancient Border”, Zarichne village
  • Organization of the Ozernyi Krai park territory, Trostianets,
The project for the reconstruction of the Primary Health Care Center in Trostyanets has been developed at the “Working Documentation« stage. The project envisages the use of renewable energy sources, which covers 50-90% of the Center's energy consumption depending on the season.
