Modern methods of technological control of brewing processes

SIGRIST PHOTOMETER and ENVITEK LLC, the official representative in Ukraine, held an online presentation of modern solutions for technological control of beer production for technologists, engineers of product quality and automation departments, laboratory workers of brewery specialists.

The presentation was attended by employees of the leading companies in the industry. The presentation included a detailed discussion of the application of automatic analyzers from SIGRIST PHOTOMETER at all stages of the technological chain - from raw water control to finished beer. The analyzers measure the turbidity and other parameters of brewing water, the turbidity and color of beer, as well as phase transitions between different media (water, wort, yeast and, of course, beer).
